I think they're already out of production and the ones still for sale are the remaining stock being sold off, retailers are starting to run out of them. The new Clip Sport (which I got a couple of weeks ago) isn't Rockboxable and will probably never be. Thanks to the rise of smartphones, soon there may not be a new Rockboxable player left on the market. Despite being physically larger and having a color screen, the hardware and build quality on the Sport are obviousy a downgrade from my old Clip+, it was pretty disconcerting at first. It's still brilliant for what I do with it (playing a small and always changing collection of files), but those who like to pimp it with SD cards to keep huge libraries etcetera are going to run into limitations quickly, it's not at all like the old Clips in that respect.

Time to suck balls and become a higher being once again.

I really like Big Yellow Taxi for some reason so to have an AFX track sample it is a treat. I'm a bit less passionate about Pink Floyd (the track) but I think that's only because I'm oblivious to the band anyway. Speaking of samples, the Robocop and Night Of The Living Dead tracks are amazing too, and the unusualness of such obvious samples makes them all the more interesting.

Been enjoying having this on shuffle without paying much attention to the titles, I think there's still only 15-20 tracks I know by name, the rest have this cool vaguely familiar quality to them but sound new and fresh every time. Sometimes I try to keep track of favorites but there's too much to manage for me.

No, it was updated from 160 kbps to 320. It has been downloadable for a while The fmsubBass I had (downloaded when several copies showed up a few hours after the copyright bot thing) was 320 all along, same file that's on there now. None of the other non-320s have been changed either, I've just checked since you made me curious.

Yeah, heliosphan live's original ID3 tags have it as track 5/223 with 'dats digital' as the album.

First one is stuck at 92%. Is there a 1gb limit if you're not signed in to the host site? I tried to download it after making sure I signed out from mega, it made me install a Firefox extension but then I was able to download the whole thing.

Correct. I've got 42 (or 43 if you count the Vibert remix), but I'm really catching up just now so I'm not sure what I have now. Did you exclude those two Noyzelab tracks (T08 and Quadraverb)? Wait, so T08 and Quadraverb aren't afx traxx? No, they are, but they were "released" earlier via the noyzelab interview he did. I did include them in the total of 40 new tracks so I don't know what else Jan has. Maybe [80s tite] or multiple versions of FmsubBass, or something else entirely.
