  1. I enjoyed his album from 2021, I believe it was. Look forward to checking this out.
  2. Finally watched Scanners for the first time last night and recognized the song title of this classic old skool rave anthem
  3. My first listen through a new album of theirs...since Metallic Spheres tbh
  4. I know you've pretty much all talked this one down but I'm curious...
  5. All good, I guess I just presumed the following meme:
  6. Absolutely. Can't wait for the next more dance adjacent thing, if he even still has that in him
  7. Why the Farnsworth react?

  9. Holy shit! Another Moskitoo fan! Still kicking myself for missing him playing here live ? Splazsh is definitely one of my fave albums of all time, really holds up very well now, 13 years later. I definitely enjoy some of Actress' other material but I find it's the strongest. Kenny Larkin is so criminally overlooked compared with many other Detroit techno artists, though I must say I'm less into The Narcissist. Much moreso dig the stuff before it including stuff under different aliases like Yennek and Dark Comedy
  10. I never quite got into them beyond this album, but even then, my favourite song by them is, by some measure, Noble Experiment
  11. I think of the burning piano as being part of a modern classical piece by the great Annea Lockwood, moreso than jazz, or at least it's my main association. Here's an article from 3 years ago about her in the New York Times called Burning Pianos and Whispering Rivers: A Composer’s Journey https://www.nytimes.com/2019/11/08/arts/music/annea-lockwood-miller-theater.html
  12. Quetzal Tirado is a very talented free jazz and free improvising bass clarinetist from Hungary. Check out her bandcamp here: https://nightcollectorscrew.bandcamp.com/

  14. ^I think most WATMM electro fans (of which there are many) would enjoy most or all of Client_03's work
  15. 67 cuts of from the archives of one of Bristol's finest producers, Rob Smith. Ton of great tunes from a man whose name is synonymous with trip hop, jungle, and dubstep. Not every last song is going to be everyone's tastes but this is some lovely stuff and a decent amount is jungle with some dub reggae flavouring to very pleasing results. This three parter is hard to ignore, especially when the purchase of one of these volumes gives you a discount code for each of the other two. Great music for anytime but especially as the nice weather of spring and summer is here (for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere) it seems almost impossible to not want to blast this pressure as loud as possible out of one's speakers and share the vibes with each and all. 18. May her memory be for a blessing. I was just about to post about this though not this exact tweet

I hear ya and am pretty much there with you. If there hadn't been the delay b/w The Tuss and Syro that there was, there might have been better momentum and therefore more interest for me in whatever RDJ's up to. There's fortunately a ton of music that isn't WARP's legacy acts I care much more about. Obv, Ae is an exception b/c they're my fave ever and overshadow their peers in IDM.
