    I built some stairs for some hardcore Biden people and they had a 9ft stack of empty amazon boxes in their garage. The whole hood had those “love is love, science is real” libtard signs. And every five minutes there was an amazon sprinter driving by. So a vote for blue isn’t necessarily gonna slow down those icecaps.

    I’m just sick of all the “I WILL DRIVE YOU TO VOTE” nonsense. i would love to take someone up on that offer and then tell them I’m voting trump once we are half way there. Most people don’t want your enthusiastic participation in the election. They want your vote for their side. just sad how many people are in a bubble where all their friends, family, acceptable acquaintances vote for one side, and anyone else is subhuman. Guess what? I work on Biden houses and trump houses, and they both offer me water.

    On paper this is a great effect. It’s actually 2 effects, has 4 parameter for each one, and has chorus, tri chorus, flanger, phaser, tremolo and vibrato. i found a used one and have been running the cycles through it, and it sounds great, but recently I noticed a hi pitched ring coming from the pedal. I noticed a lot more when I switched it from a master insert effect to a mono insert on one channel. It varies depending on the algorithm, but once you hear it it’s impossible to unhear. a few possibilities: 1. It’s a bad unit 2. there’s a problem with using it with line level signals (but I have other tc effects with no problems) and I need some kind of box to solve the problem 3. It just sounds like that, as do many older effects. in any case, I got it because I wanted a very transparent effect, because I definitely am not making lofi 24db lpf at 6khz anymore, so I need to fix it or return it and get an eventide modfactor

    yeah i have an appointment now. they wont do it for free but $200 is cheaper than a new computer.

    I’ve had my MacBook in clamshell mode plugged in for the past 2 years. I used to regularly drain the battery so it would power cycle and not have problems, but I don’t think I’ve done it once since the pandemic. It’s a 2015 and still performs amazingly, but I happened to look at it today and it’s so swollen it won’t even close all the way. i never noticed before so it must be recent. All that to say, I must upgrade, since a battery replacement is maybe not feasible. I’m wondering what y’all would recommend. I’m getting a desktop this time because the idea that a battery can tank a $2500 computer is honestly ridiculous I can spend around $1k and might prefer a pc since it’s cheaper/upgradable. honestly the dell optiplex server idea sounds but the fan noise is kind of a dealbreaker
