Guest plangplang Posted November 6, 2008 Share Posted November 6, 2008 Chiastic Slide was the first Autechre album i listened to in one piece, stonedly, in the background, and it was very very nice then. i don't listen to it frequently, but Nuane is one of the best Ae tracks imo. OMFG for anybody who really loves autechres music, consider the usefullness of ketamine. For me i was able to go inside the music, see it in such an omnipotent and multi-dimensional way, it has forever changed the way i see that album. i'm slowly working my way through the whole library with this method, it is truly the best way to experience the music IMO music sounds as good if not better than on E for comparison Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I always thought Chiastic Slide was really dull, transitional as someone above has said, but after that I appreciated it more. But yah.. drugs are bad, kids.
