I have been to so many pizza places of hugely variable degrees of authenticity and quality and yet I've never seen a doughball. I'm ordering from this place tonight, as the gf and I agreed to do a no-cooking/no-dishwashing night and do a real valentine's day thing on the weekend: http://www.pitfirepizza.com/ it's pretty good. That's a superb idea. We need to get some startup capitol though. If you want to start up in LA, I've got about a year supply of double chocolate stout in my fridge.
