Friday - seen this at least 100 times.. was my childhood babysitter during summer vacations. Could be the fulcrum of my obsession with hiphop/funk/soul and the like.

The Third Man - got me into photography

There Will Be Blood

The Thing

Wild Strawberries

Dean Spanley - A recent obsession... found this film a year or so back and watch it at least 1 time a month.

Great list goffer but how could you have no Tarkovsky on there?

I don't normally watch films over and over, but here are a few I do enjoy watching again when the mood hits me:

Pretty much any Herzog film, but the ones that get heaviest rotation:

Aguirre: Wrath of God

Signs of Life

Even Dwarves Started Small

The Thing is a great choice

L'Avventura

Solaris (orig)

Stalker!

Europa Europa

Flirting with Disaster

Animal Kingdom (a new one, but watched it twice; best film from last year imo)

Spirited Away

hmmm lots more I'm sure...

I've found this works best with action movies and comedies.

Movies I've seen a shitload of times and I'll still watch them anytime:

Comedies:

There's Something About Mary

Back to the Future

Groundhog Day (ironic huh?)

Spaceballs

Wayne's World

Dirty Work

The Naked Gun

Press Start

Action:

Terminator 2

From Dusk Till Dawn

Black Dynamite (the most recent one on this list!)

Predator

Die Hard

Total Recall

YES!

Saw a recent screening of this in Austin where Al and Jay Levey did a Q and A. Lot of hardcore nerds there, as well as a very stoned guy who asked Al why he has never parodied this obscure ELO song, to which Al responded "Because I only do popular songs." Sadly, two of the best questions were by kids under the age of 12. Many people tried too hard to be funny or did the I-gonna-talk-for-5-minutes-then-throw-a-shitty-question-at-the-end bullshit.

Europa Europa

Europa Europa is excellent. I'd only seen it because my wife had watched it in a German class. Seems like a very overlooked film.

Also:

Any Miyazaki for me really

Jungle Book (Disney animated)

Jurassic Park

Hook

TMNT (1989)

Flight of the Navigator

Honey I Shrunk The Kids

Great list yourself!

I love myself some Tarkovsky but I have to be in a rare mood to fully enjoy and envelope myself in his films, actually I could add Ivan's Childhood to the list... the films I listed are films I could pop in at will and enjoy. I have had a few Herzog films on repeat recently: My Son My Son What Have Ye Done and Bad Lieutenant... I found that the two have an subtle underlying correlation that I find fascinating. Damnit, now I'm getting a Hertzy (Herzog boner) again.

Peter O' Toole is brilliant in it! Spare the ending, it's one of my top films for sure and one of the few films that has brought me to tears.

A Serious Man

smashingly unique and elegantly understated film

tears of joy?

The film hit me on a very deep level... mostly due to its subject matter, I don't want to spoil anything, most some people just wont get it. Just make sure you stop it 5 minutes before it ends :D
