the thunder are pretty fucking great, and they didn't buy their awesome team.

i'm hoping for the thunder cause i've been a fan of them all year, if harden is on i don't think the heat will be able to keep up. lebron can't perform every night like he did in game 6 vs boston. if the heat lose early, look for lebron to take even more of their shots and collapse after 1-2 strong games

thunder in 6

Thunder in 6 sounds like the likely outcome.

However, if Wade starts playing like he knows how then things will get tougher for the Thunder. Bosh played much better the last game of the last series and if he continues then that will help spread the floor instead of the Thunder just clogging the lane with Ibaka and Perkins.

Or LeBron does his usual no-show act in the Finals and the Heat lose in 4 or 5 games.

if bosh shoots well, things might get bad for the thunder. i think okc will be able to contain wade. they pwned the shit out of tony parker and ginobili, plus wade is playing like he just wants it to end.

I love the aesthetics of both teams. I'm at a loss as to who i want to win. A part of me wants Lebron to have his championship. The other part wants to see durant and westbrook post ceremony dressed like Odd Future! My son thinks Harden's beard has birds in it.

im rooting for the thunder just because i want the heat to have to disband their big three who were going to win "not 1, not 2, not 3, not 4, not 5, not 6, not 7"

but zero fucking titles.

Yeah, if they go bust again in the finals this year, it will be tough to justify keeping them together.

Mentally, Wade and James don't always seem to be on the same page and when that happens there's no amount of physical talent to get them out of that. They do well when they can get a faster transition game going.

As of now they don't have any good half court, grind-it-out type of players so when things slow down they kind of collapse as a team. They need a real center.

I'm glad that less than 24 hours after a real sport comes to an exciting close, you all can all discuss Overpaid Pituitary Divaball so readily.

I just make statements based on what I observe. If that is predictable then so be it.

I don't hate Lebron at all. He's certainly the most physically gifted player out there now (and maybe ever) but as has been said, he doesn't have that same killer focus that other greats have possessed, or if he does he certainly hasn't shown it. He looks stoic and carefree most of the time out on the court, occasionally scowling if a play doesn't go his way or if he's fouled hard. I'd love for him to prove me wrong. Florida hasn't had a successful NBA team in quite a few years.

lol

The Thunder are the only good thing to come out of Oklahoma City. Besides myself. I don't hate Lebron though, my hate is reserved for the Celtics.

don't like the flaming lips?

I like the thunder. Durantula is a beast, the whole squad is full of hard-working young guys. Plus being a bulls fan, I'd love to see the heat crash and burn, because they have that air of arrogance. And they knocked us out last year.

Once again the Heat don't show up for the fourth quarter. It's a bad sign when Battier scores almost as much as Wade does. What happened to that guy? Also, someone needs to work with Bosh on his interior defense.

i dont think there is, i think their main problem is coaching. they have a young buck, they need a phil jackson or someone they respect who has won before and someone they will listen too.

also, lebron gets too much credit for being this amazing player, the likes of which we haven't seen. kobe, magic, mj, bird, etc must laugh their ass off. those guys have a different will to win than lebron does. look at tiger, that dude has a different mental capacity than everyone else. i bet lebron thinks about his postgame outfit during the game. for real.
