Blergh, Panda Express - more like Express lane to the bathroom! I'm sorry, I'm really picky about my Chinese food, and will NOT eat at buffets and certainly not any non-Chinese run restaurants. I've got a friend who runs a decent Chinese takeaway, and he's told me horror stories about how the treat the food at buffets, etc. all in the interest of maximum profits.
