Instruments in Nobukazu Takemura's studio

There are some very interesting machines in his studio:

  • Does anybody recognizes the one seen @ 04:11 ?
  • What about the rack @ 04:17, custom Doepfer A100 mh..?
  • I'm also curious about the black one on top of the shelf right above the EML 101...

A true fan of EMS.. he's got two Putney's.. two AKS... and a Polysynthi...

I think the black on is a Korg MS-50.

 

also seemed to me.. but seems also it has no patchbay in the lower frontal section.

VU Meter and the white power button are quite visible though.

I love Nobukazu, once I saw him play live at this music festival in Vancouver. Hardly anyone knew who he was, so there were only like 5 people watching him play, then I got to have a long conversation with him after... It was kinda sad that no one seemed to appreciate it, but I was glad that I had more time with him...
