What I find fascinating and disturbing it that the actual divide is harder to distinguish. 10, or even 5 years ago I highly doubt someone with such an internet presence would commit the same crime so brazenly. Like 5 years ago, he might be in a picture online or have a minimal online presence via myspace or youtube, but all this? That's incredible. Psychotic or disturbed? Detached from reality? Guest zaphod Posted January 4, 2014 Share Posted January 4, 2014 why is any of this surprising/meaningful? i don't find it that shocking. murders like this happen fairly often, this guy is just young and (i guess) famous, so there's that. of course he uses social media, he's young. he's also clearly an idiot. the whole thing is honestly kind of lol. i don't see how this reflects on any greater issue within hip hop or society at large. browse any news site and you'll find plenty of articles about sons killing mothers, people taking advantage of life insurance policies. shit's been going on forever.
