It'd be cool if some of you could post the titles of a few albums you'd consider to be the best of the best, no matter the style or whatever. Thanks. I got to talk to Pritchard briefly before an Africa Hitech show and mentioned my love for these albums; he seemed genuinely pleased that people still liked them! purlieu Posted January 9, 2015 Share Posted January 9, 2015 I love them for their midground between the Warp/Rephlex sound and the more ambient leanings of FSOL, Biosphere etc. I think 76 14 is rightfully remembered and loved, but the Reload album is an oft-overlooked treasure; especially given its similarities with contemporary AFX material. auxien Posted January 9, 2015 Share Posted January 9, 2015 Autechre's Radio Mix is a classic, one of the things that really dug its hooks into me years ago: Arovane and Phonem did an album together many years ago, this track is a standout from that release: I didn't see anyone mention Clark's latest self titled album. It's ace. Ital's Endgame is a great recent release as well. Machinedrum's Room(s) is a classic release, if you're into uptempo type stuff.
