Cheers. I caved yesterday and bought Belbury Poly's stuff, which I am also having a blast listening to. Will go for The Advisory Circle stuff next. Seems like I will have to pretty much buy everything that label has put out! I wonder if the aesthetic of this music has the same effect on people bought up in the 90s. Do they 'get it'/enjoy it in the same way as kids of the 70s/80s.?

How has it taken me this long to listen to Ghostbox stuff? Bought pretty much the entire Pye Corner Audio discography yesterday and I am absolutely loving what I have heard so far. Any recommendations for who I should check out after? I'm not exactly flush with cash so it's probably a very bad time for me to get into a 'new' label, but feck it, music is my drug.

Totally of-topic, but are you th'idiot Ludd? Or have I somehow msinterpreted posts on here? If you are, did 'nibbles volume 2' get a full release? I can see it's on discogs, but only a few of the tracks are on the website and your sounds intrigue me

Well I didn't start listening to Autechre in earnest until a few years ago. Maybe the immediacy of the melodies on Oversteps suits my tastes more. They're certainly amazingly talented in what they do. Quite a unique sound

ilanders, see on see, os veix3, d-sho qub and st epreo are some of Autechre's most beautiful tracks imo. Loves me some Oversteps. Exai has kind of a different vibe, I like listening to it but nothing is as beautiful as see on see

I still cane New Seeds, Cold Earth and Reach For The Dead regularly. I don't think the album is on a par with my personal fave, MHTRTC, but at least it's fresh BOC (or at least was a couple months back).
