    He had said that his last album (before this one of new-old tracks) was the last one with that "sound", and future releases would be different. Maybe that's still the case and In Decay - Too was just a comp of old tracks to close that chapter? Agree with you though.

    lol no idea if this is jazz or what at this point in time (I've not kept up on DnB for almost 15 years lol) but I love this track. Watched Pulp Fiction a couple weekends ago and spotted all the samples. Love it - Klute is highly underrated IMO. Casual Bodies is a great album, Emperors New Clothes was good too. Admittedly haven't heard his newer albums though.

    I just woke up 5 mins ago. It’s my first payday today for the new gig? I just got locked out of my online banking (wanted to see what a weeks pay ended up being) by trying to login 3x using my watmm credentials. Apparently Hugh Mughnus isn’t a valid client card number ? ?

    Definitely - my version had some annotations etc, I think it was released in 2014 or so? Definitely shouldn’t be limited to those in the industry (as it was originally intended). Very sad about his situation and passing...

    Agreed! The skills/abilities one I did was like that - like a series of numbers (finding the odd sequence out), arranging dates and tables in order etc? I thought it was silly but I did them anyways and didn’t get a call back ?.

    Been there. I applied for a role I was overqualified for (and the pay wasn't great) quite a few months ago, and before even making initial contact or doing any screening they immediately wanted me to go through hours of pre-employment tests - a myers briggs, skills/abilities, and behavioral/emotional intelligence one. Before. Even. A. Phone. Screening. The job market, for seekers, is pretty ridiculous these days IMO. Lots of incredibly unrealistic expectations for candidates and a ton of interview content that isn't at all relevant. =/

    Thank you! We use our instant pot all the time, saving this to make soon. I eat chicken daily so for a recipe like this I’d be likely to sub shrimp anyways lol. ??

    Ooo! Any chance you have a link to a recipe or was it an original recipe? Shrimp was inexplicably cheap recently and we bought 4lb ?. I think it was like $6 (usd). Probably marked down by accident tbh.

    This is p much my situation too. V frustrating. I wake up at least twice a night. Here’s a typical night for me: 4-6hrs, wake up at least twice. Then once a week I seem to crash for 8hrs uninterrupted sleep, my brain and body need to catch up. I found some dual layer melatonin pills (half fast release half slow) that put me out and keep me out. 10mg lol. But I can only take them occasionally.

    Fws - halfway through my second week on the new job and loving it so far. What a drastic change, can’t believe how toxic my last employer was in retrospect.

    I’m not trying to be mean or anything. It’s just not my bag I guess. I guess if I have nothing nice to say I shouldn’t say anything actually. ? I’m going to give it the usual treatment and listen again today, put it away for a couple weeks, and come back to it. Sometimes this helps (me at least).

    I'm sorry, as excited as I was for this (previews sounded much better than the first LP) this isn't doing anything for me. The aesthetic is cookie cutter, it doesn't have its own soul... I feel bad saying that especially if it's one of you (fellow watmmers). Might have been a totally different listening experience if the artist didn't try to latch on to the steinvord etc lore.
