Was going to post this a few weeks back, it dropped today on Kranky. Grouper does R&B vibes. I've been looking forward to this album after a mate sent me a few bits. Bones Become the Trees is a wicked track. We Are The Music Makers | Volume One by Various Single (2021) CRY EP (2020)

I'm working so can't properly listen, but inclined to agree, I've just done a quick scan and seems like new stuff. Edit: Awaiting confirmation before releasing an official "FUCK YEAH!" statement. Edit: Fuck Yeah!

Not seen it posted anywhere, but you'll be able to grab the mp3 if you check the network tab in dev tools on Safari etc. Fingers crossed it's not a repeat, but it probably is. Actress is developing a nice habit of releasing complementary/supporting material with new albums. I loved both 88 and Unseen_Werk No.1 that bookended Karma and Desire.

wicked. Really enjoyed my first listen, nice and upbeat. Does have a Drexciyan and Rephlex vibe in places, really feeling Inner Elementary Particles.

Went to Barbican show last night. It's been a minute since I've seen/heard him live. The sound was great, the bass and the kicks, Ooff. Glad I took my earplugs with me. Visuals were impressive, intense, but impressive. ultratronics 09 felt like Pan Sonic, it really slapped. Excellent gig, one of the highlights this year. IMG_0963.MOV

Start a twitter/x campaign or petition at change.org for? I'd love more stuff like the above, and this old gem: To appease the thread bump gods. It's been a while since I listened to SYSTIK, Entcid is an absolute beast of a track, such a good release.

I love the book and the mini series, but I'm not feeling this trailer at all. Not sure about the cast, though Hiroyuki Sanada is wicked, the actor playing Lady Mariko is jarring.

samples sounds excellent. Idle thought: wonder what's up with some of the track titles being from the Sefirot.

Still one of my most loved acts, along with Ø. Kesto (234.48:4)

My tote bag arrived yesterday. The bag feels a little on the small size, though the strap length is good. The fabric and print are okay. Tested it out and I managed to get 5 gatefold LPs in, along with the 2 records that came with the bag. I wouldn't feel comfortable adding any more in. Not sure I'd use this bag for groceries or general shopping. I think you'd be okay using it for a light shop at Tesco's Express or Sainsbury's Local. I don't think this tote bag will end up on my end of year list, and in retrospect, £54.99 feels a little steep, even with the inclusion of the bonus vinyl.

I love this album. Wow, nearly 20 years old. (looks off into the distance and sheds a single tear)
