I remember stumbling upon We Are Monster and being totally obsessed with about half of the album around the time it came out. I just revisited it not too long ago and it’s fantastic stuff. I never really could get into anything else he’s done before or since that album. He’s cool though. I hope it’s a great album.

and the scary thing is most of the people on this side of things are okay with this kind of talk and won’t vocally, openly condemn it. These people saying this stuff won’t stop until they are in full control. You hear almost nobody in positions of power denouncing this kind of talk. It’s really weird.

If I talked to people enough to discuss music, I’d most definitely try to talk about Autechre. I don’t talk to anyone outside of the workplace enough to pierce the music sphere and anyone i talk to that’s into music likes bluegrass and shit. So ultimately, I avoid talking music as much as I possibly can with all of the people I know. -
