    lols. my pandemic routine was BTB heavy. it was the first podcast i'd listened to that i went back to. then just devoured all of it. so much of it is just so darkly funny thanks to the guests. prior to that i'd only listened to random podcast episodes from different podcasts.. specific interviews etc.. wasn't really into podcasts.. but BTB was right up my alley. so it goes.

    elon was always kinda a douche though. even before his notoriety. the story of how he pushed the founders of tesla out of the picture just sucks. like a lot of people in that world he has a set of skills and does some things and myths are created about him and the myths overshadow the reality of how much he actually sucks. there's various podcasts about his life and business trajectory that are interesting to listen to and sometimes quite funny.

    i think there's direct flights from PDX to Tokyo Narita. so, only 12 hours (or 1 xanax) or whatever. they're doing things at the Autechre pace. so, hopefully that means we'll all be able to catch them live again sooner or later. in the meantime hoping we get those soundboards

    i suspect they're building sand castles and watching them blow away or melt into the waves as they lap on the shore over and over. once they get bored of building sand castles they'll think about a year.. then they'll use only gear made in that year to make an album. the album will be released 6 months after they seen a green flash during sunset on the coast.
