  1. if you need drugs to 'get' music, i personally think there's something wrong there. (also don't misconstrue my words - if you wanna use drugs to enhance your listening experience, that's fine. but relying on drugs to make you like the music in the first place is a little...strange in my opinion.) don't call FBI just yet as it was just a joke. what does the FBI have to do with anything?

  3. Bleep yet again overplaying the limited availability of the Skull Snap EP still available on Bleep, Boomkat, Norman Records, and direct from Skam. anyway back to purchases... Com Truise - Fairlight 12" Bibio - Excuses 10"
  4. I have a bloener.

  5. very jealous I'm very surprised that the cheapest one on discogs is 23€ while mine plays perfect and costed me 6€ lol. I thought it was going to be cheaper on the interwebs nah, discogs can sometimes be rather expensive. same as anything really. i got an almost mint copy of We R Are Why on eBay for £14, thought i'd hit the jackpot. not seen a copy that good on discogs for less than £30
  6. can you pinpoint the occurrence of that feeling down to a particular scene, or is it just building throughout the entire film, from the moment you see the tree?
  7. im seriously not trolling i just dont see whats so special about bladerunner other than the fact it had cool specil effects at the time... you referred to Blade Runner as a 'space film' ergo, you are not qualified to take part in this thread.
  8. I will never understand the love for Event Horizon. It is a fucking terrible movie. Just like every other Paul W.S. Anderson movie. oh I agree that it is a mediocre and formulaic 'horror' flick, but it is more DOOM inspired than the actual DOOM film. that's the only reason I like it, because it doesn't skirt around the 'hell' issue.
  9. i didn't even make light of the fact that it was directed by Paul W.S. Anderson. the only decent film he ever made was Event Horizon. That is the real DOOM movie. Fuck The Rock
  10. The film was critically panned, in part due to the lackluster dialogue that had Kurt Russell speaking only 79 words over the course of the 99 minute movie, 11 of which are "sir".
  11. http://www.slashfilm.com/ridley-scott-direct-produce-blade-runner-film/ really don't know how I feel about this. it could be great, could also be so very very very shit.
  12. the Atari Falcon030 was capable of 16 tracks of audio recording to hard disk. the Falcon030 was actually a very very capable machine. i had one. i miss it.
  13. to be fair - are you implying your opinion is the "fair" opinion? or that you don't always speak fairly? sounds shitty/shitty sounding /shit sound/argue question - argue? I am arguing with you right now, but really there is nothing to win here. so I hope this pointless exercise pleased your demand. I should clarify, I say "to be fair" all the time, it doesn't mean anything. But kind of in this case there's backlash (as is expected) from the fanboys against anyone who says they don't like how the album sounds, so I'm adding a little weight to that argument I guess. i'm going to assume the 'fanboy' here is me. because this is WATMM. for the record, i don't have a problem with people that don't like the album. what i do have a problem with is people complaining about dynamic range with music that, as you have very correctly put, is sourced from VHS tapes. that's like buying chocolate, eating it, and then going "ew, i hate chocolate!"
