Since this got a bump, does anyone know where I may be able to find this? http://www.discogs.com/Flare-aka-Ken-Ishii-Dots/release/4923653 Samples sound absolutely phenomenal (Listen to this video!), but I can't seem to find anywhere to get this album for a reasonable price. 3. Killer7 has always had one of my favorite soundtracks (And storyline, atmosphere, etc. One of my top games for sure). The 'Multiple Personality' track for Harman's Room is simply one of the coolest things I've ever heard in a game. 4. I just picked up the first Silent Hill for PS1, never played any of them before. So far I'm really digging it, the atmosphere is absolutely fantastic. Very Eraserhead-like use of sound. Plus gameplay-wise it seems to do a lot of things right that the first few Resident Evils completely failed at. Like being able to see what you're shooting at!
  5. Right on. Nobody can flow like Slick Rick. Shit, I'm tempted to start a Slick Rick appreciation thread! But no, I digress. I'll just throw a song here and call myself satisfied. Suuuuuuper smooth shit, almost sounds like old Vibert or something on the beat - Warren G is a phenomenal producer. [youtubehd]JPd9Il7Ts6A[/youtubehd]
  6. Ever since I heard it for the first time, this song has never been complete without Slick Rick's verse in the extended version. [youtubehd]aCswuGgMf68[/youtubehd]
  7. ^Rainbow Dome Musick is excellent. Long live Steve Hillage!
  8. Yeah, you probably wouldn't get away with it walking down the street. But if you're at a bar/concert/any other adult-only situation it wouldn't be an issue.
  9. Me too, one of his best. Still need to get that one on wax.
  10. Just found out one of my favorite Vibert basslines (A Soft Quietude) is taken from none other than James Brown. @ 7:30: [youtubehd]QbDekYLAwwA[/youtubehd] and @ 3:57: [youtubehd]7pC8FqWHEs0[/youtubehd]
  11. Has anyone heard this album before? Because it's fucking awesome. [youtubehd]If_nAMXaXmY[/youtubehd] [youtubehd]ALcMsS9Cis4[/youtubehd]
  12. That's actually really awesome. What is that, some old Russian cartoon? How did you find that?
