Agreed. Not that I'd love to see this go mainstream, but it's really an accessible album with a great sound.

I'd recommend Aaltopiiri, Gravitoni, and Katodivaihe. Aaltopiiri is my favorite, but probably the one I've given the most chance. Machinist on Katodivaihe is a great song.

It's much more "this is a soundtrack" than I would have expected, but it's not that bad. Just pretty bland and seems like it could work for really any movie based around technology stuff.

this is true. if you want people to actually buy something from you then you really do need to get it absolutely perfect! otherwise yeah.. why bother.. ? people will just download for free and give up entirely on buying anything physical if it's not of a juicey shiney highest quality possible. I'm not sure if you're sarcastic or not. I would be pretty pissed if I bought a musical album on CD and it skipped though or if the vinyl just sounded like plain shit.

It's funny how companies hate pirating, then they fuck up the actual product. Nothing negative at Skam and whoever did their pressings, but damn that sucks. Albeit not as bad as what Ubisoft's DRMs for games are like.

They're both good, for what it's worth. I must say I enjoy VHS Head much more though. Jackson has some songs I like. The only thing I find similar is that it's cut so much, other than that they don't structure things nearly the same and the qualities of it all are very different. Skam News this confirms what VHS Head's brother, Kris, told me on Saturday about it coming soon.
