I ate some bad Hawaiian food yesterday and got food poisoning. On the toilet puking into a trash can while I felt knives in my stomach for a few hours. I had to go to the hospital and get IVs hooked up. Pure, 100% pain and terror. Today I feel like a million bucks and booked a sky dive for tomorrow. That's how we do.

I'm in Honolulu right now and I met Michael Imperioli (Christopher from The Sopranos) at a bar last night. I was wasted and just said "hey man thanks I appreciate it" and later he left with a supermodel or something.

As someone that increasingly can't handle alcohol and social situations and just got kicked out of a bar, I salute you.people can get kicked out of bars for nothing, especially in some uptight establishments. Yeah I literally have no idea where I puked and I was saying bad things.

Weed is the lifeblood of this city, the pulse that keeps it running. You take away the weed and it becomes a barren dust bowl of doldrums and squandered potential. Anytime I quit smoking weed to be more responsible, I always regretted it. There's never a good reason to quit smoking weed in my experience. - Advice to the kids -
It wouldn't hurt to wait and view it at home. I wouldn't discourage anyone from seeing it, but I wouldn't recommend it at all either.

Inherent Vice The movie that sounded so good on paper turned out to be kind of a wasted opportunity. It's like you know a much better movie could be made with the same ingredients. Nothing felt at stake and besides a couple of good scenes and bits of dialogue, it doesn't amount to much. I'm not sure how PTA let this one slip by.
