Boardwalk Empire is like this,imo : Seasons 1+2: really good Season 3: not as good, writers seem to be unsure, but still pretty entertaining when it finally gets going Season 4: really good, might be my favorite season Season 5: HBO told them to pull the plug, so a lot of characters are never done justice and the ending might insult you a wee bit

Their sound didn't evolve at all. It's actually a huge regression from the campfire Headphase. The only thing better about it is the concept but the tracks are too stunted and cute to pull it off. The only track on here that matches the quality of TCH was nothing is real and it sounds like it was recorded at the same time...

Well it's kind of like going to a highly recommended burger place and ordering one of their exalted supreme acclaimed burgers. The wait is unusually long but hey we're all human and we all know this ain't gonna be no half assed burger right? Then you take a bite and its a veggie burger. And you KNOW it is, you weren't born yesterday. Everyone at your table ordered the same thing and can't shut up about how great their burger is. "It's not a veggie burger you ungrateful bastard!" they all say but I can see that they all have one too. So some time has gone by for this album to settle but it's still a veggie burger.
