ALIEN / PROMETHEUS / COVENANT / ROMULUS - SPOILERS INBOUND!!
Soloman Tump replied to azatoth's topic in General Banter
Maybe i'll try watching it again. I want to watch The Hobbit first though, I remember enjoying that for being exactly what I needed at the time - glorious adventure film that looked brilliant and was easy on the mind (even if about 45 minutes too long).- 4,061 replies

What pisses me off most with the DC / Marvel worlds is the sheer amount of tie-ins, cross-overs and guest appearances between titles. I have been reading Swamp Thing and Animal Man, but both feature heavily with Justice League Dark crossovers, Constantine, Superman, Batman, Green Lantern and probably more I have forgotten. OK I get that it obviously makes them more money when you need to go out and buy the other cross-over titles to read the rest of the story, but these new titles have only been going 3 years, surely there are enough stories based on the core characters to avoid this?

yeah, packaging is a bit weird. more like only an inner sleeve; it's smaller than a regular 12'' sleeve. the tracks are awesome though Does it fit inside the Exai sleeve? THAT would be awesome, and would make me purchase the 12".

I just like to shit on things that seem like a bad idea from the outset (insert hollywood blockbuster sequel / prequel here), and then look forward to being proven wrong some day.- 4,061 replies

Ok so I picked up season 3 from e-bay, cheaper than getting Sky (can watch on demand). Will probably start watching this week.- 2,122 replies

So series 4 is nearly upon us, and I still haven't watched ANY of series 3. Keep meaning to get the boxed set. I only just realised that its been shown in the UK on channel 5 and they are on episode 16 now Anyways, glad its not been axed yet. They did that with 4400 just as it was getting good.- 2,122 replies

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-24460278 I envisage a Frodo in "The Hobbit" style intro with Deckard mincing around his appartment looking glumly at photos of his youthful self and lamenting days gone by as he voiceover's the rest of the movie..... $ickening.

I have a theory. The brothers (foolishly?) decided to drop a few bombs of ketamine on a visit to the seaside. As they came out of the trip they discovered that they had spent the last 2 days in a cave with some seagulls, beach crabs, David Bellamy and a BBC film crew. Rob had left his field recorder on for the duration of the trip, and the contents of the recording became known amongst the higher IDM circles as the "K-Event". Someone from Warp records got hot of the recording and really liked it, but decided to rename it "L-event" fearing a review backlash from The Daily Mail. They also paulstretched it up 500% as 48 hours of squawking and squelching was too much even for hardened fans of Perlence subrange 6-36. End of theory.

i had an iriver before my sansa which was great, especially its line in record function, letting me record my dj mixes straight from the mixer, and at good quality too.
