jules Posted September 18, 2013 Share Posted September 18, 2013 the top one is a local italian deli near me. pretty far from the trash of subway. the oil/vinegar mixture for a good north jersey sub is a tough one. when i make them at home, i use oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper. but i swear each place has their own special vinegar or something, i can never get it just right.
