Yeah monolith is 'tussy' but there is a completely different flavour in there, much more funky at times. This is his/her/their other myspace:

Its got those tracks done 4 those remix comps on here recently.

I would say the same about steinvord marf, if it isnt afx then the person needs to stop sample tracks and mash up his own material, id buy it, untitled 9 apart from the 303 bit is wicked, and iffy acid edit. Someone has already rinsed me for saying that on here because so many people have said it, fap fap fap...

conclusion of a huge fan who's heard afx's voice many times.

are we talking about that "yeah"-sample-thing? and do you mean that it is aphex' own voice and not a sample he has used before somewhere?

See I'm a very voice-fixated individual as I mainly focus on the voice for recognition of people and someone's voice is playing an unusually important role for me in terms of sympathy, eroticism etc, but this clip isn't even long enough for ME to determine anything clearly. So I can't say it's impossible but I tend towards saying this isn't him talking.

I like the tracks on that myspace much better, really good stuff it's like a mix of hi-nrg with acid.

Nah, it's AFX plagiarism. The bit where he goes "yeah" is timed really badly and copied off an Aphex track. Not AFX.

seems like noone mentioned second post of that 'unnamedplayer', who initially posted steinvord myspace here, shortly after steinvord's discussion here. google says he even doubled it on That Other Site™ as eric d.jams hehheh

Yes sorry steinvord, I've downloaded the tracks with file2hd so I don't have the track names but I think it's the maelstrom track.

yeah, Squarepusher named most characteristic for breakes track 'My Fucking Sound', so copying it this way quite funny people. especially since his latest efforts

I like monoliths music. I dont think its that bad. Ive posted this b4.

Yeah, I like his (or hers) stuff on Myspace. Very Tuss-like it is though, not a bad thing. I like the added funkiness in Monoliths tracks, good Aphexy basslines. Not too keen on all the acidy noises though, gets a bit repetitive.
