In Ireland we've got the knacker (pregger women in tracksuits smoking cigarettes, dudes in celtic and/or liverpool kit with some variant of a mohawk/mullet, dutch gold, etc.), which I understand is related to the chav although I'm not sure when they split along the family tree.
