some of these are beautiful

 

it speaks volumes that the early blue note covers have had such a big influence on design

i used have a sweet poster with the first 25 or so blue note covers

yes i have.

 

like a lot of people, i reckon, i dream of the day rza returns to his 'original' production style. but i respect him for not doing so.

but rza's flow leaves a lot to be desired. no denying that imo

I've got dozens of blue note albums from the 50s and 60s. the quality control on that label was pretty crazy.

yeah RZA is def not the greatest rapper.

It's so hard to pick out of Wu-Tang, my personal fave is Ghostface Tony muthatfukin Starks Killah....

But method man's delivery is easy on the ears...

 

It's just sad though...how do you go from Wu-Tang to Lil Wayne?
