Man steals and fires gun but can't kill anyone and is killed before anyone dies. Why? because there were lots of armed people around. I'm just playing a bit of devil's advocate here.

oh good, finally there's an example of it actually playing out the way the NRA envisions it.

Because usually it doesn't.

um, that guy was shot by a cop, in a cop shop... NRA fantasy not found.

In fact, if no one had had guns on their person, there would be no one shot. Instead, 3 people were wounded and one was killed. JUSTICE IS SERVED.

I'm talking about a guy with a gun being surrounded by other guys with guns and stopping him.

I sometimes wonder if our lawmakers ever officially made it out of those schools themselves. Those kids are going to be graded and commanded around every day by men with guns in their pockets. wtf. I sorta hope a bunch of the parents move or homeschool their kids (and dear god if they do the latter please let them be sane individuals); educators with guns would certainly be enough for me to pack up and say fuck off to Utah.

Educating with guns. I can't believe that's even a phrase I had to use.

  • 2 weeks later...

Especially when you look at the two photos and it is obvious that there are only two girls when there once were three in the family. The same two girls that are still supposed to be alive.

This is "Robbie Parker":

This is "Robbie Parker" with his alleged family. On the far right is "Emilie Parker", one of the children who was supposedly killed in the shooting.

This is a picture of "Emilie Parker" posing with Obama two days after she was supposedly killed:

The girl on the far left is the girl in the middle of the portrait and the girl in that is supposedly Emilie is her sister (the girl on the far left in the portrait). It is very obvious.

I have nothing against 'conspiracy theories' in general, but i do find it really troubling the 'boy who cried wolf' culture that seems to be very prevalent in conspiracy culture these days. It used to be that really absurd events like 9/11 and JFK were seized upon and for totally valid reasons... now every fucking major disaster is espoused as some sort of inside job. It needs to stop, otherwise when a real blatant 'conspiracy' happens people aren't going to want to look into it because of people who've poisoned the well by claiming EVERYTHING is staged.

Just to add a level of paranoia, isn't it possible that the US government agencies are themselves coming up with implausible conspiracy theories and feeding them to public to make all conspiracy theories seem goofy?
