  1. fwp: your typing of laptop links us to ebay. lol lolwut¿ When there was the vigilink business (has that been removed already?!), in your post where it said "laptop" it would link me to ebay to purchase a laptop lol!
  2. lol. feces has the right to children fecal cycling?
  3. it better not be a shirt I'm telling you it's an ironing board cover. Warp is crossing over into domestic product marketing now. Next up!? Come to daddy oven mitts and BoC toilet seat covers.
  4. Where would I find something like that? Like is it sold in specialty stores or... I don't know =(
  5. It doesn't look appealing to me. Kind of like semen (no offense) and I've heard it smells really strong. Do you like it? Not sure where I'd even find it to try it!
  6. I find that high volume makes it sound perfect, but at lower volumes I know what you mean. It's like the music is struggling to accommodate and punishes you for it. Exai's natural habitat is loud and dark. agreed, definitely. loud and dark is awesome...but even on headphones (decent quality ones!) it's just...lots of swishy shit on a lot of songs. they've certainly done this sort of things on songs/albums before, but the songs where it's so strong (1 1 is, irlite (get 0), Netlon Sentinel, etc) it's almost too distracting for me to enjoy sometimes. also, the panning/whatever on 1 1 is on headphones is INSANELY well done. i appreciate the shit out of that in one respect, but in others, i just can't enjoy the 'meat' of the song i guess. which i'm sure is part of their reasons for doing what they did in the song, but damn. on 1 1 is on a large speaker setup, it does these incredible.... flip flops in your head. It images amazingly.
  7. I got my girlfriend a pair of the sony xba3ip for christmas, and the girl at future shop somehow fucked up and charged me 39.99 including a 2 year unlimited replacement warranty... lol!
  8. i think thats so much fun though, playing something that makes heads turn. seeing peoples reactions can be pretty enjoyable. for me, i love to see the reactions i get for Squarepusher's Steinbolt. most people just think its noise so they give me this look of "what the fuck are you listening to?!" next time play something thats really out there, then when people start giving you looks just give them a deadpan stare. youll probably scare them off the bus. lol i don't even understand this. are you playing music on a cellphone? get some fucking earbuds. who the fuck plays music on a cellphone? i play it outta my laptop. and its not cause i dont have buds, its cause i personally enjoy pissing people off with loud music. I just wanted to point out that most smart phones double up as an mp3 player and have built in audio playback software... =/ iphones.. blackberries... samsung galaxy... etc... But yeah when I got the headphones cranked off my cell phone music people give me the stink eye lol
  9. I love the ditton's, they are great speakers
  10. Depends what you're looking for! I like different listening experiences. The setup I posted is my main setup that I use for most of my electronic music. I like headphones (those audio technica ones you've got are pretty good) for lots of music. Not always a matter of "better" with vintage equipment either, I think it's more a question of "different", in terms of colouration etc... I dunno
  11. argh! I'm doing my income taxes and I should have gotten a really good return but I forgot I had a lump sum payment from my old employer to discharge my pension and now my return is far less. =(
  12. Sounds pretty good man! Are you vegetarian? (I would probably make the same thing as you just add chicken).
  13. Clever using that as as headphone stand!
  14. Finally got around to getting a picture. Note my new addition: the Pro-Ject turntable! Guess I should have listed what everything is... Two Velodyne DPS12 subs, pair of Cerwin e-715s, parasound HCA1500a power amp, and a sony something or other reciever. And my Project Debut 3 carbon USB!
  15. Us getting ready to go out last night. I'm making a weird face. We both are actually.
  16. Have you tried strongbow and guinness together? mixed? sounds interesting... but nope I haven't also trying some assortments of 250ml Malibu cans. this pear flavour is delicious... Try taking strongbow or maybe Perry's pear cider, pouring it into your glass first. Then, pour your guinness or a diff kind of stout over a spoon over your glass, very slowly. You get one of these! (sorry for the huge pic). They're awesome
  17. Have you tried strongbow and guinness together?
  18. Oh man! Delirium Nocturnum is awesome stuff. Same with Delirium Tremens! I am partial to smoked beers so maybe that's why I liked it so much. Hey, everyone has different tastes!
  19. I get that same feeling after some of v snares songs too, but from the more obvious allusions to jazz of his. One of my fav of his:
  20. Really surprised you didn't like the maple bacon ale. I thought it was pretty good =/
