  1. lols.. yeah.. i've encountered 4 or 5 other ignatia. there's a way to submit reports to the streaming services to let them know they are grouping all the releases under the wrong artist.. which i've done.. so hopefully at some point they get it sorted out and i'll have all my releases grouped together. it doesn't effect payouts or anything. each track is linked to the artist via the various tracking methods and codes unique to that track. my stuff is already up on deezer, youtube, tidal, iheartradio, pandora, itunes, apple music and fucking amazon. should be on spotify in a couple weeks.
  2. this is amazing. lols. wtf. how dumb. so much bullshit this guy spews.
  3. the hedge that fell over from heavy snow now has a chance to be restored. didn't take too long and so far i appear to not have strained my back while propping it back up. hopefully it doesn't collapse back over and swipe the mail carrier or worse.. a cat. i think i have it well supported. this is today's 'big win'.
  4. same. it'll be bleep only for me then. but there's lot's of good indie stuff on bandcamp that i've bought that isn't available anywhere else.. can't see them killing downloads on bandcamp. it'd be the end of them.
  5. i think this is the clip i mentioned in my story. fucking legend. actually it's them talking about the call from previous show.. so, rehashing it as i guess people were calling in telling stories about how gilbert offended them. edit: i think i found it.. they appear to be archived on youtube in a few parts.
  6. i added my music to select streaming services in january. i excluded spotify but just added spotify as a service so my tracks will be there in a couple weeks. feels hella hypocritical since i've singled them out time and again for being so shitty.. but then my tunes were on amazon and they're probably shittier. so, it all feels terrible but i'll give it 1 year to see if streaming is worth it. i suspect it will not be worth it and i'll remove all my tunes from streaming services in january when the renewal for distrokid comes up.
  7. yeah. i caught him there sometimes. he was always great.
  8. most of the russian oil/gas pipelines are under ground.. still.. i'm surprised some radicals somewhere haven't tried disrupting them or blowing them up or something.
  9. that sucks. he had some comedy chops. his "too soon" 9/11 joke will live forever. once on a drive from miami to orlando i listened to him for 3 hours. he was on the howard stern show and was so good they let his appearance run as long as they could. i kept scrolling up the dial to find howard stern as i would get out of the broadcast range of whatever station it was epic. he told a story about the director/producer of the "3 men and a baby" movie.. which he did one of the voices for. the story was about him going to florida to visit her and she sent her assistant to pick him up at the airport. gilbert was exhausted from a long flight and previos long night etc. he told the woman picking him up about this so as not to be rude and explain his wanting to sit quietly and relax for the 1 hour drive to the destination. so, she starts asking him all these questions and talking about her parents who survived the holocaust and shit like that. and he's pleading w/her to just shut up and she won't so he starts telling holocaust jokes about her parents... "do they get scared every time they get into the shower?" shit like that.. and the story lasts a good 15 minutes.. then.. the fucking lady must be listening to the show and she calls into the howard stern show. and she's pissed and wants to tell her side of it and gilbert is having none of it. and then it gets even more hilarious because she keeps just stepping i shit and he makes pay with more jokes. it was so entertaining and i must've looked like a weirdo in my car laughing hysterically.
  10. some more DL codes for this release. it's a suitable companion to this mid April but feels like dead of winter type weather we're having in oregon. orange corner ep http://ignatiusmusic.bandcamp.com/yum dhem-xc5u pe77-jwbp rrld-gssn hhar-5rbg jcf5-bd4u 6sdb-xl5p n44m-ee22 s4af-53rg psfv-bwhu hj5p-cpnr

  15. Severance is good. first season just ended. it's really well done. good cast. nice twists and well paced.
  16. wet soggy snow slush overnight + wind. knocked over a shrubbery. such a pain in the ass. i liked the shrubbery. it'd been in that spot for 20+ years. also started feeling shitty friday night. probably just medication side effects with extra intensity. did the at home covid test yesterday and one this morning. both negative so that's good. gonna go for one of the PCR Laboratory test (drive thru at the pharmacy) on wednesday to make sure.

  18. going to take a lot of organizing to deal w/it. here in portland there's a couple groups that organize volunteers and do trash cleanups all over town. they got support from some company dump truck style truck and get bags etc.. also i think they got some funding from the city. it's a non-profit type thing. really small organization. basically they put the call out for volunteers on social media and build a network that way. after a while they started getting lot's of buzz and got local news coverage etc.. and they always post before and after pics of areas they clean up. i'm sure there will be something like eventually over there. seems a natural type thing to occur.. but yeah.. even in normal times it seems a huge thing to confront.. let alone when there's a disaster like flooding. here it's mostly from the homeless camps and illegal dumping etc. the city and state do clean up some of that but it's like whac-a-mole and they don't have enough people to do it all.
