    Just picked this up as well. Sadly it hasn't really grabbed me yet, but I have a feeling it will after a few more listens.

    I really enjoyed this. The first half reminded me a lot of "The Pearl", and while I agree that I wasn't expecting the distortion on the second half, it was also very well done and menacing.

    Finally giving this a good listen on a good set of headphones. There's a whole lot going on in the intro to Abundance that I wasn't hearing on speakers.

    I remember there was a little debate that "daddy2" wasn't actually him. According to the latest comment on the Collapse EP page, it looks like they're all his accounts.

    Definitely no old sounds in this. It's all 120% next level. Well you certainly have better-tuned ears than I probably do, so it's likely I'm hearing things that aren't there. Could it be the drum machines? Early AFX stuff used lots of the R8, which for sure features on at least one track here(and I would guess more).
