Some of these are familiar but I cant quite remember seeing them. Maybe I was just casually watching them while socialising. I will check em out.

I'm partial to movies that seem like bad dreams that you can't wake up from so I'll recommend:

I have a ton of posts to respond to and a few movies to mention myself but let me start by saying...

I'VE TRIED REMEMBERING THIS MOVIE FOR YEARS!

It was on during the holidays or some other family get together at my grandparent's, I was maybe 6 or 7, and I remember being freaky as hell but it seemed funny (likely cuz John Candy was in it) and eventually they changed the channel to something else...or it ended. But man, it really stuck with me, Aykroyd's character in particular and all the surreal scenes. "Bad dream" is a perfect description. I've looked for it with vague search terms every once in awhile and never figured it out. So many other movies/tv show episodes from my childhood solved, and now I can add this one.

Holy fuck dude, this is why I love WATMM.

might be my favorite western

I need to see this.

Watched this last Thursday since it's on netflix instant watch. I really liked it. Something about it seemed very modern. It didn't feel too 70s, like some other films from the era.

this movie is pure style, just like all of Leone's westerns. love the scene at the end with the machine gun.

I would recommend A Fistful of Dollars as another underrated Leone western, I think it's as good if not better than GBandU and Once Upon A Time

I think i skimmed through it once. Bit thin on the bone storywise for old dleetr.

Indeed it is VERY sparse but to anyone that likes that kind of thing (slow, sparse, atmospheric, abstract) then I highly recommend Angel's Egg.

It sounds cool, I might check it out. I was relieved to see it only runs 70 minutes though

amazing film with an all-star class that was eclipsed by Driving Miss Daisy the same year. the best war movie imo, and probably most accurate. i've never heard anyone mention it.. see it if you haven't.
