Microscopic examination of the dermis showed hair follicles, eccrine glands, and sebaceous glands. Fat tissue was noted at the base of the lesion. Clinical and histopathologic findings were consistent with the diagnosis of supernumerary breast tissue, also known as pseudomamma. I would say that, while nipples are SFW, actual breasts are not (which is why men are allowed to be topless). However, given the disturbing nature of that image, it would probably be NSFW anyway. Also, I would like to vote against this thread being locked/deleted. This thread has a very interesting subject, and while one might argue that it is sexual, it is not in any way pornographic.
