They have warnings all over the place, I understand, saying that the food there is dangerous for your health. So they have a legal defense that any patron assumes the risk of eating there. It's not a rock solid defense but it's probably enough to balance the risk of suit against the benefit of this type of free advertisement and pulling in the curious/ironic/fucktard straight ballin' don't give a fuck Las Vegas types/ large people with death wishes/ Fat Admirers (ufabulus) .
