The winds won't be super terrible but if you live close to water it will flood (which it appears to be doing, now that I'm reading the thread). Don't attempt to walk around in moving flood waters. Can't quote on my phone but on the other forum they have dropsones of 80 knots consistently. So I expect cat 2 at 11am. Center is less than 300 miles from NYC, less than 250 miles from Atlantic City.
