I liked it but I wasn't overwhelmed. I don't know if he's ever going to surprise the world again, I mean he was groundbreaking for almost 2 decades but the last 5 years were kinda meh. I hope this is the turning point.

I'm at second listen and it's getting better. The 96kbps are not bad, it's weird. Surely the true version will sound better but this is enjoyable. It's the closest to a return to form in a very longtime, to my ears.

The album sounds good but it wears off really quick. Tbh it doesn't stick to begin with because he ruined the songs with u2 and fucking reversed vocals among other weird choices. His delivery isn't impressive either, just occasionnally. The philosophy behind it an the punchlines could be stronger too. I listened to it countless times when it came out but it's been weeks, maybe monhts since I touched it.

Happy afeks put the kid up to this. Must have made him incredibly happy. The kid certainly gets the vibe and is a true fan (just check his other videos, the lichen one for example). Only thing that bothered me is that I didn't feel the track that much :/
