    i'm sure this will create a new neurosis for gear obsessed, price obsessed, 'recoup investment' obsessed 'collectors' who don't actually make music and just rearrange their studio once a month as a means to feel creative or 'in the studio'. seems like a destructive trend longterm.

    in the early 90s i had a friend in sarasota fl which is not too far from bradenton. he was dating a girl from bradenton who was like 19 or 20 w/a 3 yr old and no baby daddy. one weekend there was a party/rave happening near sarasota and me and some friends drove up from miami. there were all these bradenton girls there.. throughout the night we discovered they were all teen moms w/no baby daddy and they all knew each other. they were all hot.. and were all mess.. hot messes. useless anecdote.. but that's always what i think of when i hear about bradenton.

    traveled with my dad several years ago who snores loudly or did until he got the sleep apnea machine thing.. anyway.. we shared a room and i ended up dragging thee comforter off my bed into the bathroom and closing the door and sleeping on the floor because jfc dad. the next time i saw my step mother i asked her how tf she can live w/this man who snores like the sound of chortling farts.
