    yeah.. none of that puts him in the win column for me. the list of cons is still far ahead of the list of 'pros'. regardless, i hope newer less explosive battery tech takes over for the battery industry. the solid state battery tech is already starting to show up in commercial facilities but they don't quite have it sorted out for mass consumer roll outs. what's fucked up.. is all the renewables coming on line haven't reduced fossil fuel energy production.. they aren't cutting the carbon dioxide at all.. energy production from renewables is only adding to consumption. people are just using more power. elon is self interested as it gets. he will do whatever he can to insure car focused culture including sabotaging plans for mass transit high speed rail in california by dangling the hyperloop fantasy in the face of legislators... not to mention the boring company and underground traffic jams in vegas... these billionaires aren't going to save us and i don't see a "new gain" from any of them. they aren't here for us.. they're here for themselves. self important assholes trying to dominate an industry to allow for their own aggrandizement. if someone buys a Cybertruck from tesla and tries to sell it during the first year of ownership tesla will sue you and can refuse to sell you a car in the future.

    the best way it can end is if he has a stroke live on stage at one of this rallies and doesn't die but becomes disabled with paralysis etc.. this would be fitting since he makes fun of people suffering with that exact scenario and would be truly devastating for his thin skin man baby narcissist ego. other than that his wife or daughter could stab him to death and that'd also be fine. if he is found guilty somehow in one of these trials and goes to jail or is put on house arrest or something that'd also be fine but is less likely than the other scenarios i've mentioned. losing to biden or whoever.. a second time would be fine. the big lie people would go bananas and maybe the federal gov't would actually step up and have to put down a few of these people with use of violence. it'd be a dark dark time but if the troops have to step in and put down some ya'll-qeada militia types it would be a good lesson. but could also snowball in to some kind of festering cold sore of a rebellion that persists for years and includes white nationalist terrorists blowing up post offices or whatever.

    the IDF song "annihilate everyone" is like a tim & eric thing. kids always get coopted for shit. but really.. as for "both sides" i mean.. i can see the comparison.. but training handfuls of kids to be the next gen militants vs playing propaganda kid singing genocide song for the whole country to get people inspired to bomb children in hospitals.. idk. maybe not quite the same thing? but yeah.. it sucks for the kids i guess. sucks for everyone really. a shame there's no high road left to take and the extremists are determining the future. maybe at the next peace summit the new guy from argentina can be there to broker a deal.

    if trump gets elected in 2024 he's going spend so much time on revenge it'll be nuts.. and all the MAGA meat heads out there will be a pick up truck gestapo. also, the heritage foundation's plans for dismantling everything will get rolled out immediately. same shit as last time but worse because there will be no living w/these people. fresh rage all around, the nazi's and fascists will be emboldened.. federal departments gutted. i would expect at least one MAGA idiot will attempt some kind of political assassination of a house member or a judge or a governor or some person who went after trump.
