yes, i definetely put it in that boat. i respect both them and enjoy them when they come on the radio but dont really listen to them past that. Edit: they ar eall obviously great musicians/producers though.

I wouldn't lose faith yet. Weve seen a little bit of action this year, still feel like its building toward something in my opinion.

The Matrix - Not as good as I was hoping it would be after nearly 20 years. Effects have suffered quite a lot. Glad I finally revisited it though.great bloody idea. The Entity - This is really good for a supernatural early 80s horror. Also because of "if it really is me" I've got this mad childhood affinity with the woman's voice that almost gives me goose bumps. Good synth pad sequence sequence towards the end too. Midsommar was amazing. Loved that.

Let's be honest they are pretty much all great records from Rich from digeridoo up. Thing I love about aphex is he's created a universe of music for whatever mood your in. Can't think of any other artist who's managed this to such an extent.

My 2 Bob on the subject: Cheetah rocks (like classic phex redone, think Gak with a cirklon) CCAI. I love this too but in a producer wanky dream way.
