  1. Woah. If Warp don't have any hints from Richard yet to release MFM they're really blind. Also, nice story about the Kickstarter campaign ! Too bad I was broke at that time...
  2. Yeah just remember 2009/2010 when Steve Beckett said an Aphex album was coming out...
  3. Am I the only one thinking he also could be joking about the album's limited edition ? That sounds kind of weird (well, not as much as the 5 y.o. uploading music on Bandcamp but still...)
  4. Haha so Plaid made their own Blimp (as seen on their FB page)
  5. Yeah, they could have put a "WATMM hosting fee" line on the cover tho...
  6. Earlier I was like "oh let's check WATUM for new infos about the 'Phex" and then BAAAAMMMM release date, best release date ever etc. Damn. Hope he won't be trolling with the music as much as with the press release/the artwork tho
  7. Rogue Legacy grew up on me a lot more than FTL did. It's so fun to play, plus it's getting better and better towards the end of the game - which is really clever, not to mention the NG options and the new, reworked and impossible-to-beat bosses. I'm also getting mad on Hotline Miami, trying to get "A+" scores on every level, waiting for the 2nd episode to come... Yeah I know I'm a little late to the party !
  8. I've been on Rogue Legacy for a while now...NG +2 is quite awful ! Any other indie games in the same vein you'd recommend me ? Currently discovering GTA San Andreas as well (I KNOW I'M LATE OK ?)
  9. That might sound rather dull but do you have any favorite song/album/era in your career ?
  10. HELL YEAH ! I almost thought it was a joke some days ago ^^
  11. Hell yeah that's great. Was thinking this morning about giving Exai another listen...Guess we're all connected to a subconscious Ae fan base !
  12. Phoenix - Bankrupt. I was quite let down by their latest opus "Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix" which I never really got but this one totally grew on me. It's like one 40 minutes long piece of amazing synth pop that I could listen to on repeat. Some tracks are ambitious (like "Bankrupt!"), some tracks echo each other and in the end the album is hyper cohesive and dense. Their best up to date imo (if you like the buzzy, old school synth patches tho)
  13. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=L4-Sa468Np4 you know this was produced by Bangalter's father ? I'm really into that kind of cheesy old disco stuff.
  14. I don't get the hate about Get Lucky. If it wasn't by Daft Punk and sung by another artist I would still like this track, of course it's not "deep" nor avant-garde but it's nice and catchy, and what's wrong with that ? I would like the music video to be released tho, I saw a false clip aired on a TV channel in France and was like "what the fuck is this shit"...
  15. It's been aired on french Virgin Radio this morning, and it will every hour. Track is really cool !!!! http://www.24matins.fr/daft-punk-cette-version-radio-edit-de-get-lucky-serait-la-bonne-41913
  16. Better quality. http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=CGP2rkuEDl4 I'm really excited ! PS : Pharell Williams is a nice surprise !
  17. thought so too And the problem with it would be what precisely ?
  18. R ess was excellent but maybe not a good taste of the rest of the album - the r ess + Ilanders combo is something special in Oversteps imo. FLeure is an excellent opener, especially for the end flowing so perfectly into irlite. Going to listen to Exai again, brb.
  19. Just received my copy, very happy with the packaging and the stickers. Also it sounds a lot better on my stereo at loud volume than on my phone with mediocre headphones Had the pleasure to rediscover some favorites such as Bladelores, Cloudline or even YJY UX !!! A beautiful album :)
