Well it would be a bad move IMO if it was the real album but he's lying about it, because I'd feel considerably less ethical reservation about dl'ing those tracks in that case, thus more inclined to do so. Still I'd probably buy it if it came out and that really was the album, just to keep my soul from going utterly pitch. Don't really see how it would be a sensible strategy to lie, cause those that wouldn't have due to nagging moral implications will now, along with the rest who would regardless.
