I'll mention two for now,but could and will mention alot more!

QUINOLINE YELLOW,astonishing technical wizardry & creativity, but hasn't released that 'difficult second album',yet(when will he,will he at all?)

MINT,soothing electronic journeys for the heart & mind, emotional warmth,& constant quality control, means he gets a tick in my book,is a second album forthcoming?

Mr. Bungle peaked with California. you can't top that.

Max Tundra (in my opinion) peaked with Parallax Error but yeah, I would love to hear a full album in 2010 from that guy.

California and Parallax Error are 2 of my |greatest of all time| picks

I kind of think that Tundra will get over his whiney attitude and come out with something new. I bet he probably gets down on himself and mankind because he knows that he's a true musical genius and he's mostly ignored.

at this point I would be very open for a follow up to Loveless.

Ones that will probably happen at some point in the next few years:

Tom Waits

Ladytron

Boards of Canada

Aphex

Devo

Yello

Björk

Ones that could happen:

Geinoh Yamashirogumi (I think they're still around in some form)

Danny Elfman album that's not soundtrack/orchestral

Koji Kondo ambient

Ones that almost certainly won't happen:

Captain Beefheart

Oingo Boingo

I'd love to hear another Slint record.

Also, Scion to do an Arrange And Process Scion Versions Tracks. That'd be cool.

ARCANE.

Not so much wanting new material by this artist(as i've only got one album of his-but boy-what an album!)

just that i hope he does continue to release as under the moniker ARCANE,as for timeless electronic soundscapes,it doesn't get much better..
