So if anyone really liked Ocarina of Time and likes youtube video essays about stuff, here's a good one on the game which explores underlying themes in the game which aren't necessarily obvious. Well worth the watch if you have 30 minutes to spare.

yeah which was dumb considering how big the films were. Reminds me of how Sony shafted Spider-man 4 because of Spider-man 3 when they were the reason it was so bad. They wanted Venom in it, and some advisor on their part recommended that Peter Parker dance-off scene. 95% of what was bad about that movie had to do with Venom which was not what Sam Raimi wanted initially as he didn't understand the character. Then they went on to make that awful spider-man reboot with Andrew Garfield where Sony had way too much influence.

Does the forum still have that useful feature where if you post a second post within like 5 minutes it'll just combine it with the previous one? I haven't noticed it if it has.

I really like David Harbour, it was a shame to see his first foray into a AAA film was so bad. It was a mistake from the start when they could have just capped off the OG trilogy, which would have made bank at the box office.

I see your point. When you look at the banksy stuff, most people are already aware of the BS, but they just became post-cynics when the responsibility thing kicked in for them. AFX tho doesn't make mistakes, it's high art because he thought of it.

I think AFX was going for demonic. You know I don't think AFX had even made subtle music in a long time.

I haven't ever been on the discord but I am nostalgic for CHATMM. I was not active on watmm when it went but I felt it all the same. I was in class and suddenly a deep dark pit opened up inside me and I instinctively knew what the world had lost that day.

Yeah I saw the Rick and Morty teaser. I'd normally say I'm looking forward to it but my IQ might not be high enough this season.

Oh yeah I used to play the game on a daily basis. Most uploads are garbage but I'd look up lists of the best ones. I don't usually get addicted to games that just have custom single player levels but this was an exception. This and all those really good Doom WADs. It's unfortunate that 95% of the Mario Maker level that go viral are the crazy ones the person who made it can barely beat.

it's all good, You're going to rub off the wrong way on some people, that's just how it goes. I'd definitely describe her as energetic but she is just a super fangirl.

I think it was during one of the sets he played Mt1 in. It was either Abundance or 1st 44 he played. I do agree. It's probably his best mixing since ever... and CCAI 2. Over time Abundance went from my least fav track on the ep to my most listened to.

For the politicians I always wonder how much if it is an attempt to appease the base, and how much of it is what they actually want.

OH I know, and people do leave the State. If I remember right there are only a few clinics in Texas for example. Even though abortion isn't technically illegal, it basically is. And yeah of course there are different situations, I was just pointing out the hypocrisy between when something is a real issue and when something is this kinda vague thing.

There is a sliding scale between enjoyable escapism and deep insight into the human psyche. I feel like I watched the whole movie after seeing the trailer.

I foresee many people taking long trips out of their home state of Alabama in the near future. I lived in a very conservative area and I can't tell you how many times I heard or heard about someone thinking about having an abortion, from people who would tell you they were anti-abortion if the next two decades of their life weren't about to change. I feel like many people here are anti-abortion when they can afford to take the "high road".
