    hahaha there was some genuine curiosity because he did have a 12" called "Boys, School Showers & Swimming Pools".     Let me help out here (fuck this is funny and spooky at the same time). I haven't always been the most stable on my WATMM adventure and one time around 2010 or so, I started a thread called "holy hell is surgeon a gay?" I have no idea why and it's not remotely funny now but we really ran with it. So...I'm pretty sure my shitpost meme'ing while in questionable states of sobriety and health seeded your mind. Not that it matters at all but he's straight and I think I even knew that at the time. Who knows. I baleeted a haul of old posts and threads from certain eras and I'm thankful for the ability to do so.

    I give up for now. Somewhere towards the 3/4 mark of episode 2, I had a distinct Morgan Freeman "I don't give a shit". gif moment. This show looks amazing and expensive but is biting off so much more than anything could chew from my standpoint. I'm gonna watch this thread though--if you guys start getting excited for something, I'll try to dig back in.

    New Westworld has me concerned. I know Aaron Paul has gotten plenty of work post-BB but how can you ever *not* see Jesse Pinkman? It's been made worse by WW having him as a low level criminal who shows some promise but is down and out.....until he meets a superior intellect with a mission! If they make Delores White grind him down to a stump as she tries to take over the world, I'll howl. We just recently got "Justice for Jesse" with El Camino. I can't bear it if they don't flip the script and have Paul stop the mayhem.

    I'm getting a real "l'appel du vide" on this bug because it's firing up those old generalized jitters I fought hard to be rid of.     Get the GoodRX app. I have a generous drug plan with my insurance and I still don't fuck with it because the coupons to be had on this app beat my plan's prices by a country mile. There is the downside that you're not contributing to your yearly deductible by paying cash but fuck it imo. If anything actually happens to you healthcare-wise, you'll blow out $1,500 in the first 45 minutes you seek care anyway.

    Gas prices have plummeted here, which is a rough proxy for global demand/usage. It seems like a win initially but people are gonna double down in the spring. Kinda like how PornHub noted a huge spike in Hawaiian pornography usage after that flubbed nuclear missile warning was called off.

    I don't know if you can unequivocally say "false" on that "physical only" front. Benzodiazepines are arguably the most powerful modulators of GABA and its associated circuits. They do everything you wish booze would do with no hangover and pack their punch almost immediately. That's why rapid tolerance and the risk of abuse is such a problem. While getting off most drugs of abuse is painful, you won't die or even suffer any physiological damage. This is not true for benzos and alcohol. It's not a direct mechanism with these 2 but seizures and hypertensive emergencies secondary to withdrawal will absolutely kill and maim. He's likely never gonna be the same if what we are hearing is to be believed. It's always a Game of Thrones when it comes to what is the worst psychological withdrawal but benzos are top contenders no doubt. They are good drugs for emergencies, short 7 day or less courses and perioperative use. If you get a taste for them and start abusing them (spoiler alert: huge chunks of people who are prescribed them will), you can very easily sustain lasting neurological damage. I really hope it's a learning opportunity for his cult because I don't think enough people know the realities of benzos. Every time I see how wildly celebrated they are in hip-hop and youth culture right now (barred out, xan'd out, L'il Xan, et. al), I cringe thinking about what a rollercoaster they are at risk for.

    I tell ya--I do like a good ball busting and whatnot but having gotten stuck in the benzo trap myself once upon a time, I have great sympathy for his plight. He was dumb as fuck about it but it seems like the majority of the fathers in the world are fucking goobers when it comes to their daughters. It was definitely the case in my family. It really goes to show you how almost no one is immune to how psychotropics can inflict harm--even among the vast benefits they simultaneously provide. He of all people with his diatribes of dragons and chaos should have known that that's exactly what benzos are. After all, he's in the biz. At any rate, everyone "wins" in a grim sense with this. Supporters get a critical eye opener into the reality of this drug class and detractors get to revel in his suffering.

    I've only paid glancing attention to all this hubbub because I found the MS-101 videos quite far from the SH-101. That may be accurate, might not be, impossible to tell without playing in person. I haven't had a burning desire for the other clones. This video was pretty mindblowing to me though. I already have the Cyclonic one but it's gutting to see the Behringer price versus what I paid.

    Just wrapped up a Sopranos rewatch. It was a bit depressing because a show like that could not and will not be made again. Seeing it 20 years later revealed some of the funniest fucking writing/troll jobs and profundity ever pulled off in a single show. Frankly, it was hard to jump back to Outsiders as a result.

    This is 5/7 breddy good. I am somewhat sad that I'm not as in to clever, balls-to-the-wall programming as I was 20 years ago but you can't deny that he's killing it on this record. It's an advertisement to come rave with him, which is the real treat to be had. I get tickled by how baroque this is in parts; like Beethoven locked inside a Galaga upright or something on "Hitsonu" hahaha.
