  1. "So there are a finite number of parameter possibilities, right, so if you consider each parameter to be an axis, then you’ve got a multi dimensional parameter space, and you’re exploring that space, right? So you find which parts of the space you like the sound of, and you’ll realise if you move this slightly, that it suddenly becomes really attractive. It’s a bit like wandering around a fractal. " - Sean damn this shit is deep
  2. Good posts here, lot to think about! I don't have much to say right now.. except don't be to so harsh on yourself. The reality can be very cruel sometimes! Some periods I can stay all creative and in good moods but suddenly fall back into a black hole I can not explain. Very small creative outputs matters! And never feel bad for your achievement's even if you don't like it.
  3. Haha that is a classic thing to do! I did the same but had this on repeat: I wish they could do more of this stuff and like Notwo
  4. I don't get this "worst to best" Why not just review a whole album? I really enjoyed that piano lady who were listening and reacted to the Drukqs album. That is content! And she now what she talking about
  5. looks tasty but you don't need to show how you finish them also
  6. I really enjoy Novisad's work! It is very low key and ambient but alot of the tracks sounds different from each other making it more interesting to listen thru. Sometimes I can hear an acoustic guitar being heavily processed, That is a classic ambient thing!
  7. It is 2023 and we have not come any further than this
  8. I don't watch anything atm, I don't think anything can top Twin Peaks specially season 3. After watching it all and listen to Twin Perfects 4 hour explanation video on Youtube it all connected! So fucking brilliant mind of Lynch
  9. It sounded like dcom misunderstood something before and Im sorry if the discussion had lead to more of a "You are a fool if you buying gear" way and gear shaming.. This was NOT about gear shaming at all, in fact quite the opposite. I want people to praise the gear they have by using it to its fully potential! Therefor instead of going the GAS way and buy everything you craving for maybe just go deep on the gear you have and get something good out of it. Like thawkins was saying maybe people should chill on the "Oh check this out! Ordered mine! Gonna order! OOH want it so badly" That is like GAS works. When you talk deep about a gear then you are lifting up both Pros and Cons. Maybe the Cons part can make one not to buy it? That is how Anti-GAS works.
  10. I thinking about getting the Resident Evil Origins on Switch, now when I have the Oled I think the graphic will be really good! Is it a good game? Can anyone recommend me other creepy/mystery games? Cheers
  11. Can someone please elaborate this? What does he mean by "Original Reese Bass"? And oh Blackbox Life Recorder track: "This Track is not Available in your Country"
  12. No no problem at all.. Okey maybe people will think Im attacking them now but anyway.. First of: Im not perfect in any sense.. I have done alot of shit + bought stuff that I barely touched etc.. But I think a person who has constantly GAS and just collect more and more gear for just the sake of it has big problems. It is like a person who can not stop eating or addicts that can not stop gambling, drinking etc.. They looking for a rush and nothing more. Then ofc you can be a extremely oversized person or a heavely drinker or gambler etc that can say "I have no problem, I have totally control and I love this lifestyle" And Im happy for them same for the people who collects gear even if they barely use it or doing anything. I just wanted to bring this idea here that less can be more sometimes. I want people to feel happy of what they have and use it, You don't need to focus on all the new gear that has been released. If you look at all gear discussions It is mostly people who craving for buying more gear. I think it can be important to talk about why you NOT need that specific gear.
  13. How many sounds can we focus on the same time when we listening? What is it that gets you in right mood? Maybe just a good beat, lovely pads and some lead? Can you make a song with 8 channels maybe better than a track with 16 channels?
  14. Now I have gear: Octatrack MKI Machinedrum MkIIUW+ SH-01a Novation Bass Station II I think it is too much... The Octatrack is so fun to load samples and play around with and the Machinedrum is a beast but it is getting very old and vintage. What can I ask for if I sell the Machinedrum?
  15. Gardener.. Worst comparison ever lol The things you own ending up owning you guys..
  16. Okey I just wanted to have it backed up. Quake and Quake II costs like 50$-60$ to buy physical and 10$ each to download so there is some different prices out there. I will look for some good games!
  17. Switch Users! If I have the physical version of a game, can I then download (If it's up on Nintendo Store) or transfer the game to internal storage or SD-Card?
  18. Yes you are right! They don't have Super Mario 3D All-Stars anymore! This news was hitting me bad right now: https://www.nintendo.com/whatsnew/super-mario-3d-all-stars-leaves-nintendo-eshop-on-march-31st/ I wanted to play Super Mario 64 but Nintendo takes it to the Dumpster? OMG! Maybe I can find a physical copy but so disappointed. Why do like this? They really want you to go for that 50$ subscription plan
  19. What a bad first experience with Nintendo E-shop: I linked my Switch with the newly made Nintendo-Account and it just said "Sorry your country and region do not support Nintendo E-Shop" Then I got just kicked back to the Home Screen. I mean wtf? I can login and search thru games and everything on my computer but not from the Switch. I changed my country to be in Hawaii now and I hope this will solve the problem but wtf really..
