I crave for them nearly every night, and when I do give myself a semi-plausible reason to take them, I'm on a pretty high dosage (about 3 times what other people need to take, apparently). It wipes my memory clean of the 1 or 2 hours before I go to sleep, and just makes everything easier and tranquil. Everyone's been warning me they're addictive and I do try to be careful though. But I have to sneak around to take them, if people around me knew how often I take them and how much I like taking them, they'd never let me get near sleeping pills. On normal work days I just can't seem to calm down without sleeping pills. Last night I think I got 4 hours sleep and 3 hours the night before. I'm sick of this shit. Have either of you guys tried melatonin (natural supplement)? Having been in a similar situation years back I'd recommend taking a 3 mg melatonin with whatever dose of sleeping pills you're on, then start gradually weaning off the sleep meds while keeping on the melatonin. I think I've seen that at my local pharmacy, a no-prescription-needed kind of thing. I'll give it a try, even if doesn't ween me off completely at least it'll reduce my doses - thanks for the tip. Standard piss-poor attitude at the collection depot: "Well if you didn't want to pay duty, you should have bought whatever's in here *shakes parcel* within the UK". Could not be bothered with the futility of it all, so begrudgingly paid £30 for nothing, gave him the death stare and left as quickly as I could. Of course it works out that it's only businesses that benefit. Should you want to bypass their paywall markup gouging, there's a possibility that you're going to get stung by customs.
