Just imagine not having SSD's in your laptop or the aluminum unibody. It's a disaster! Guest bitroast Posted July 23, 2011 Share Posted July 23, 2011 very impressed by this update. got it working on 15" macbook pro (purchased last year) and it works an absolute charm. have already gotten used to fullscreen apps/multiple desktops. it's amazing how the software has actually changed how i use the hardware. very very impressed. I believe they are the same screen, as I personally cannot see a difference between them in the Apple store, but that might be the rumoured Reality Distortion Field™ all Apple products give off this is the problem with Macs. you have to update frequently to stay in the game. PC's are more forgiving in this area I hope you mean in terms of keeping up with the current OS that's out and having the hardware to run it... even then, I don't think you're correct in that statement...
