Medieval music

Yeah it's a characteristic of Arab music to make use of quarter tones, I want them in my piano roll

Totally agreed. Would be a nice workflow instead of having to play with cent knob or automate pitch bends lol

FM8 does microtuning.

Doing microtuning is no problem in most DAWs but having a custom piano roll is. What if you want to divide an octave into 13 tones that have the same frequency distance between them instead of dividing into 12 like while seeing exactly this as keys in the piano roll? What you can do in most DAWs is altering the tuning of the individual keys and you can technically do anything with it but you can't actually add keys or change the graphical representation which would be helpful

Polyphonic music is of satan

Except when it's the harp played by an angel ? ... Then it's God-approved. But all other scenarios are off the table.

Human-created music was meant to be monophonic. Because Christ had no instruments but his voice up there on that cross, it wouldn't be Christ-like to use anything more than one's voice to praise God in music-form (which should be the only reason one is using music for in the first place). ??‍???⛪⛄?
