Didn’t know about that. Anyway, also checked out some of the EP’s. Also good, but much more, uhm, Sutekh like: brutal and cold. Nice, but it’s really hot and summery over here so it’s specifically the album that really hits the spot.

Soft and messy is better than too hard and choppy. With practice it'll get less and less messy. Also, it's easier to erase.

? These are really good. Also, one thing I've noticed in the drawings you post is that you exert a lot of pressure on your pencil. Try to sketch a little lighter: you'll find your lines will become more fluent.

If you have any talent, yes. Me I'm just a talentless wanker. Last night I finished soldering a Eurorack module and as I was cleaning up I left the test patch running: random noise straight into the pitch cv input of an oscillator and out into a distortion. Perfectly acceptable background music. Must 've had it on for fifteen minutes at least.

Ouch ... another Soundcraft Signature 12 MTK victim. I have one as well and I've had to send it back because a channel died twice now. Should've bought one of those Tascam things instead. I guess this is another example of "if it sounds too good to be true it probably is". (That Tascam looks suspiciously cheap as well btw)

Yeah, that’s fair. It has a bit of an over the top quality to it that I personally happen to like, but I can see why it would put people off. And then you’re just left with something that’s not particularly deep or interesting, agreed.

Hahahahaha (but, yeah, for me, only analog in my rack as well (except for Braids, because that was my first module). use it for its strengths, not as a clumsier reaktor)
