The Caretaker (aka V/Vm) put out some really nice stuff, and a lot of it (all of it?) is available for free on his website. plus you know, a bunch more. Oöphoi - The Spirals of Time Stars of the Lid - Carte de Visite DJ Olive - Sleep Brian Eno and Biosphere should be obvious and you might also like Martinez on the Traffic soundtrack.
