Bernard Parmegiani : De natura sonorum or La création du monde. (or the INA box set with all the cds, its not that expensive indeed).

Thanks for the link with the tracklisting. so that lovely tune @ 10' is Roedelius (works pretty fine with the beat/flow).

...and the Meat Beat Manifesto track is called Radio Babylon - not sure what version it is though - probably one of these

There is very clearly some of 'Helter Skelter' before Radio Babylon...not sure why it's getting omitted from the recent track lists.

woah so Autechre has been digging into the Isolate Records back catalogue lately! those two Vsnares tracks were off Isolate records, so my Nommo Ogo influence theory makes even more sense now :emotawesomepm9:
